Here are some simple things you can do to keep yourself and others safe: keep 2 metres apart; wear a mask indoors and when you can't social distance; wash your hands or, when soap and water aren't available, use a hand sanitizer; don't touch your face.

Stay Healthy
Avoid crowds. Eat well. Sleep well—try to get 7-8 hours of sleep every night, and try to keep a regular wake/sleep schedule. Stay connected with family and friends. Be kind to yourself.
